Privacy Policy

Applies to machvory.co.id and every campaign page under /lp/. Last updated: August 28, 2026. The Indonesian version is the governing text.

1. Data controller

This site is operated by PT Machvory Digital Engineering, a provider of industrial automation, IoT, and monitoring solutions for the manufacturing, transportation, and energy sectors in Indonesia.

2. Data we collect

We collect two kinds of data.

a. Data you give us directly. When you fill in the consultation or contact form, we store: full name, job title, company name and plant location, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), main need, the scale of equipment you want to monitor, and the message you write.

b. Technical data collected automatically. Pages visited, referring URL, browser and device type (user agent), approximate city-level location from your IP address, and ad campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, and fbclid.

Your IP address is not stored as is. We store only a SHA-256 hash that cannot be turned back into the original address, used solely to limit form abuse.

3. Why we use it

  • To contact you about your consultation or demo request.
  • To prepare technical material and proposals relevant to your plant.
  • To measure how well ad campaigns and traffic sources work.
  • To keep the site secure, including preventing spam and form abuse.
  • To improve the site’s content and performance.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and do not use it for any purpose beyond those listed above.

4. Cookies, analytics, and ad tracking

We use browser storage (localStorage) to remember the campaign that brought you here first, and a cookie to remember your language choice.

Third-party services that may be active on this site:

  • Google Analytics 4: aggregate visit statistics.
  • Google Tag Manager: tag management on campaign pages.
  • Google Ads: ad conversion measurement.
  • Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API: Facebook and Instagram ad conversion measurement. Identity data sent to Meta (email and phone number) is sent as a SHA-256 hash, not as plain text.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Turning cookies off does not stop you from using this site.

5. Third parties that process data

  • Google LLC: analytics and ad conversion measurement.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: ad conversion measurement.
  • Email (SMTP) service provider: sending lead notifications to our sales team.
  • IP geolocation provider: approximate city-level location.

Data is stored on server infrastructure managed by PT Machvory Digital Engineering.

6. Storage and retention

Prospect data is kept while the business relationship remains relevant, for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Aggregate analytics may be kept longer because it no longer identifies individuals.

7. Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data from our systems.
  • Withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you.
  • Object to processing for marketing purposes.

We will respond within a reasonable time after verifying your identity.

8. Security

We apply role-based access control on internal systems, IP address hashing, form input sanitization, and request rate limiting to protect your data. No system is entirely risk-free, but we work to keep protection reasonable and proportionate.
